About Course

Generate three to five hands-on activities that connect academic content to students’ lives, communities, and authentic problems. This mini-course is built around the Real-World Learning Activities Designer, a guided AI assistant that asks focused questions one at a time before creating three to five practical, standards-aligned activities with authentic scenarios, hands-on tasks, accessible participation, timing, and simple resources.

You will learn how to prepare a subject, topic, standards, grade level, student context, available time, local connections, and normal material limits. The course shows you how to respond to the assistant’s guided workflow, keep the conversation focused, and shape the output around your real educational context.

By the end, you will be able to use ChatGPT to produce three to five practical, standards-aligned activities with authentic scenarios, hands-on tasks, accessible participation, timing, and simple resources, then evaluate it for real-world relevance, authentic problem-solving, accessibility, age appropriateness, low resource demand, and immediate classroom feasibility. You will leave with a repeatable process that can be adapted to future tasks while keeping professional judgment in the loop.
