Getting Started
What exactly is a 1DollarPrompt AI assistant?
It is a reusable, guided prompt system designed for one specific educational job, such as building a lesson plan, creating a rubric, differentiating a text or preparing a parent communication. Instead of asking you to write a sophisticated prompt from scratch, it gathers the context through focused questions and then produces a structured result for you to review.
Is this software or a separate AI chatbot?
No. 1DollarPrompt does not replace ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or another capable AI chat tool. You receive a guided educational assistant and its implementation instructions, then use that workflow with a compatible AI platform.
Do I need AI or prompt-engineering experience?
No. If you can copy, paste and describe your teaching context, you can get started. The assistant is designed to ask for the information it needs. A basic understanding of your chosen AI platform is helpful, but no coding or prompt-engineering expertise is required.
Which AI platforms can I use?
The assistants are designed for capable conversational AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini. Free or paid access may work depending on the length and complexity of the task. Any subscription or usage charge from a third-party AI provider is separate from your 1DollarPrompt purchase.
What do I receive with an individual assistant?
You receive access to a short guided learning experience for the selected task, including the reusable assistant workflow and practical instructions. The exact lessons, downloads, examples and supporting materials are listed on each product page before purchase.
Using the Assistants
How long does it take?
It depends on the assistant and the complexity of your task. Each course page shows its estimated learning time. After the initial setup, you can reuse the assistant for similar tasks without relearning the complete process.
Can I reuse an assistant?
Yes. An assistant is designed to be reused with different subjects, learners, goals and constraints. Start a fresh conversation when changing context, then provide the new information requested by the workflow.
Will the result be ready to use immediately?
The assistant aims to produce a strong, structured first result, but every AI output should be checked. Verify factual accuracy, standards alignment, age appropriateness, accessibility, local terminology and feasibility before using the material with learners.
Can the assistants work with my curriculum or standards?
Many assistants can work with the standards or curriculum information you provide. Paste the relevant requirements or cite them precisely, and ask the AI to identify any uncertainty. Always verify the result against the official source, especially when using local, state, provincial, national or examination-board frameworks.
Are the assistants only for K-12 teachers?
No. The catalogue includes use cases for primary and secondary teachers, higher education instructors, special educators, instructional coaches, curriculum designers, trainers, school leaders and professional learning facilitators. Check the target audience shown on each product page.
Are materials available in languages other than English?
The site and assistant materials are primarily in English. Many AI platforms can generate responses in another language when requested, but translation quality and educational terminology should be reviewed by a fluent, context-aware educator.
Safety and Quality
Does an AI assistant replace educator judgment?
No. The assistant supports planning and drafting; the educator remains responsible for the final decision. Use your knowledge of the learners, subject, curriculum, safeguarding obligations and school policy to review and adapt every output.
Can I enter student information?
Do not enter names, contact details, health information, disability records, assessment records or other identifiable student data into an AI service unless your institution has explicitly approved that use. Prefer anonymous descriptions, aggregated information and fictional examples, and follow your school or organization’s privacy policy.
Can AI-generated content contain mistakes or bias?
Yes. AI can produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or biased material. Check facts and sources, test instructions, inspect examples for stereotypes, confirm accessibility and make sure the output does not lower expectations for particular learners.
Who is responsible for content used in the classroom?
The person using the output remains responsible for reviewing it and deciding whether it is suitable. 1DollarPrompt assistants are planning aids, not a substitute for professional qualifications, institutional approval or official curriculum guidance.
Purchase and Access
Is this a one-time purchase or a subscription?
1DollarPrompt assistants are sold as one-time purchases. Individual assistants start at $1, and the complete 66-assistant toolkit is offered for $27 as a one-time payment. There is no recurring toolkit subscription from 1DollarPrompt. Charges from your chosen third-party AI platform are separate.
What is included in the complete toolkit?
The complete toolkit contains 66 guided AI assistants across seven areas of educational practice. If you first purchase one individual assistant and then accept the toolkit upgrade, the upgrade adds the other 65 assistants, giving you 66 in total.
How do I access my purchase?
After checkout, sign in with the account used for the order and open My Assistants. Your confirmation email should also contain the next steps. If access is missing, contact support with the email address used at checkout and the order reference.
What is the refund policy?
Eligible purchases are covered by the terms stated in the refund policy. Current offers come with a 30-day money-back period, no questions asked. Review the policy for the applicable conditions, then contact support if you need help with a refund request.
Can I share or redistribute an assistant?
Your purchase gives you access to use the assistant for your own work. Do not republish, resell or distribute the prompt files or course materials. For a school, team or organization-wide use case, contact support before sharing access or materials.
What should I do if checkout or access does not work?
First, confirm that you are signed in with the email address used for the purchase and check your confirmation email. If the product still does not appear in your dashboard, email support@1dollarprompt.com with your order reference. Do not email payment-card details or passwords.
Choosing an Assistant
Which assistant should I start with?
Start with the task you need to complete now. Here you will find three accessible entry points:
Should I buy one assistant or the complete toolkit?
Choose one assistant if you want to solve a single immediate problem with the lowest entry cost. Choose the complete toolkit if you expect to use AI across planning, assessment, differentiation, engagement, communication and professional growth throughout the year.
Where can I compare all available assistants?
Visit the complete assistant catalogue. Compare the task, target audience, level and included materials on each product page before choosing.
Where can I learn more before purchasing?
Read the practical guides and articles to see how stronger prompt structure improves lesson planning, assessment, differentiation and other educational workflows. Each guide should be treated as educational material, not as a guarantee of a specific result.
Still Have a Question?
Tell us which assistant, order or access issue you need help with. Include your order reference when relevant, but never send passwords or full payment-card details.
