All products currently sold on the Site are provided through a one-time payment. They do not involve subscriptions or automatic renewals.
Digital Product Delivery
After completing a purchase, you will receive a confirmation email and will be redirected to a private access page where you can access and download the products included in your purchase.
If you experience a technical problem accessing or downloading your products, please contact us using the information provided at the end of this policy.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Every purchase made through the Site is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee.
You may request a full refund for your purchase for any reason, or without providing a reason, within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the initial payment.

Bundles and Product Packs
If you purchase a bundle or product pack, including the complete pack of 66 educational AI assistants, an eligible refund will cover the full purchase price of that bundle or pack. Individual components of a bundle or pack are not refunded separately.
How to Request a Refund

Please include the following information so that we can identify and verify your purchase:
- Your full name;
- The email address used to make the purchase;
- Your order or transaction number; and
- Any other information that may help us identify the relevant purchase.
You are not required to explain why you are requesting a refund. However, you may voluntarily share feedback if you wish to help us improve our products and services.
Refund Processing
Once we receive a complete request and verify the purchase, we will process an eligible refund within 48 business hours.
The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase, such as PayPal or the payment card used at checkout. The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on PayPal, your bank, your card issuer, or another payment provider and is outside our control.
We will refund the purchase price charged for the eligible purchase. We are not responsible for currency conversion differences, bank charges, PayPal charges, or other external fees imposed by third-party payment providers or financial institutions.
Access After a Refund
Once a refund has been processed, your access to the private product page and the refunded products will be removed. You must stop using the refunded products and delete any downloaded copies in your possession or under your control.
